We took a fun 1/2 day trip to Cedar Mountain last week. It was sort of a trip down memory lane for Alana as it was one of Grandpa and Grandma Cox's favorite day trips when she was a little girl and would visit from Idaho, Grandma would pack a picnic lunch and we would spend the day finding sparkley rocks, cactus, snail shells and the occasional lizard or two and anything else that would fascinate the 7 and under crowd. I found out that I am not any fonder of the height of the overlook that I was as a child, but what an awesome beautiful view of the San Rafael Swell.
Austin graduated Ninth Grade last night, he received the award for outstanding English Student for the Ninth Grade, I can' believe how fast his life is passing me by.
